removed carpet, built-in cabinets & fridge, poured new concrete floor, patched up walls, painted light fixtures, painted ceiling fan, borded off 1/2 way, new siding, new bug screens, leveled bedroom stairs, replaced part of ceiling, fixed roof leak, new window to bathroom, new paint.
TO DO: new porch door, indoor/outdoor carpet, play area for cats.
